Before you get in touch

Questions about contacting Robert

Here’s what to know about sending a message, sharing photos and checking whether Robert can help with your electrical work.

Does Robert work in my area?

Robert serves the greater Jacksonville area. Outside the area? Ask Robert about your job; he may be able to help.

How do I get in touch with Robert?

Call Robert at 904.866.2150 or use the contact form with a short description, your city or ZIP code and a way to reach you. Please let Robert know you found him through his website.

Does sending the form book a visit?

No. Service availability, location, timing and the scope of work need to be confirmed separately.

What if I do not know which service I need?

Choose “Something else / not sure” and describe the problem in your own words.

Can I send photos of the problem?

Yes. Photos are optional in the contact form. A view of the room, the equipment or a visible label can help explain your message. Leave covers in place and only take photos from a safe position.

How do I know my message went through?

After a successful submission, the form shows a confirmation with a reference number. Keep that number for your records. If the form shows an error, follow the message and try again.

Can I use the form for an emergency?

No. The contact form is not an emergency contact service and does not book an urgent visit.

If you’re planning a project, the electrical service guides explain which details to include for different types of work.
