What is collected
Only what you type into the request form: your name, phone number and/or email address, the city, ZIP code or service address you provide, the type of work, your preferred timeframe, your description of the job, the contact method you choose, and any photos you attach.
Why it is collected
To answer your request, to plan and quote the work, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Nothing else.
Where it is stored
Request details are stored on the server that hosts this website, in a directory that is not publicly accessible. Photos are stored alongside the request and are never published on the site.
Sharing
Your details are not sold, rented or shared for marketing. If a message has to be delivered by an email provider, the contents of the notification pass through that provider in the ordinary way. Service providers used for hosting and email process data only for that purpose.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party tracking scripts. If first-party analytics are enabled in future, this page will say so before they are switched on.
How long it is kept
Requests are kept while they are useful for quoting and for records of completed work. Ask and they are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the request form or write to the number on the contact page, and the request will be actioned.
Security
Submissions are validated on the server, rate limited, and stored outside the public web directory. Uploaded files are checked for type and size, and cannot be executed.
