Terms of use
The straightforward version of how this website is meant to be used.
Information on this site
The service descriptions on this site explain the type of work offered. They are not quotations, and they are not a promise that a particular job will be carried out in a particular way until it has been looked at.
Requests and replies
Sending a request does not create a booking. A job is booked once the scope and timing have been confirmed in a reply or a conversation.
Safety first
Advice given on this site is general. Do not open panels, remove devices or work on live wiring yourself. If you smell burning, see scorching, or a device is hot to the touch, stop using the circuit and get it looked at.
